In 2011, ProfilService introduced new working processes. We optimized our processes to ensure that our customers experience the best possible service;
We developed a frequency system all of our employees work from. This means that cleaning tasks are divided into weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks in order to ensure a continuous and consistent workflow, and cleaning at the right time. This system is your guarantee for a thorough and well-executed cleaning – all the way round, all year.

Your company’s cleaning needs
As a new customer, you get a visit by two Inspectors at start up. One functions as your permanent Inspector, and the other act as a substitute. This means that your company will always – even in case of sickness and holidays – be cleaned from an expertise and knowledge of your individual cleaning needs.
ProfilService is the first company in the cleaning industry who has introduced a bonus system for our Inspectors. It is measured on customer satisfaction, and quality. We have also delegated more responsibility to our Inspectors, and positioned them as the key contact between ProfilService and the customers. We feel that it gives our Inspectors an even greater commitment, and more proactivity.
